You ask good, powerful questions that get to the roots of issues, and that helps me come to my own conclusions about areas that I would not have considered but which are relevant to the topic of leading — and I learned a lot about myself.

I’m more self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and intentional when taking action — all of which help me manage and lead.

My developing leadership abilities have helped in so many areas of work: year-end goals, team-wide task management, improving processes, mentoring my department, grants management, developing products, social relationships, and personal challenges.

It was also a big help that you could mentor me in the government sector, an area I knew little about.
