About

I help new, ambitious leaders amplify their unique abilities so they can make a profound difference at work and in life.

During the last few years of my career as a management consultant, I knew I had a great life. I had great friends and a job I enjoyed. People could count on me for results.

But, something was missing.

Kevin Kissinger - Leadership Coach for Executives

I wanted to make a bigger difference in the world, but didn’t know what else I could do … after all, I was already leading several projects and was maxed out.

So, I decided to re-invent my life.

Fifteen years later, I live my passions and make the difference I have always wanted to make.

I’ve led national projects to end homelessness and find joy in coaching people around the nation on how to be the best leader possible in their own lives and careers.

I believe that we hold ourselves back from all that’s possible for reasons that are hidden from view.

Once we identify what’s holding us back, we can take more effective actions with velocity to make a greater difference for our lives, our family, friends, coworkers, and communities.

We become a more effective leader with a compelling clarity of purpose, effectiveness, and ability to empower others.

My Call to Lead

A while back, I found myself in a meeting with the leader of a large federal agency kicking off a nationwide initiative to help the homeless.

I wondered, How did I get here?

I had inherited a small demonstration project to help three cities improve the way they deliver housing and services to the homeless.

The project was in shambles.

The person in charge just left, and the leaders of the various teams on the project couldn’t see the forest through the trees.

It was up to me. Really, for the first time in my life, to help make the difference I always wanted to make.

In the past, I would have been too confronted to buck the bureaucracy and speak to leaders at the various agencies involved.

But, using leadership coaching technology, I was able to tap into my inner strength and go out of my comfort zone to cause teams and teamwork that produced POWERFUL results.

As a result, a NATIONWIDE effort to end homelessness occurred in many cities. A measurable reduction in homelessness occurred.

I helped caused the initiative to be what it was and know myself to be far more powerful in a way that made a difference for thousands of homeless people across the United States.
