For more than twenty years, I have helped organizations and leaders create meaningful results through clarity, collaboration, and learning.
Early in my career, I worked as a management consultant supporting government and nonprofit organizations. I was proud of the work, but I knew I wanted to make a deeper difference. That realization led me to coaching, where I discovered how much people can achieve when they align purpose with action.
Since then, I have led national initiatives to reduce homelessness, guided organizational development projects in more than forty states, and coached leaders who wanted to grow their confidence, presence, and impact.
My approach brings together consulting and coaching so you can clarify what success looks like, strengthen how you lead and learn, and build the systems that make results sustainable.
