To lead, influence, and have impact at work — while creating balance and real joy in the rest of your life — it’s time to grow in a new way.
Welcome. I’m Kevin Kissinger, an executive coach helping driven, talented, high-achievers become powerful leaders.
Overworked and underpaid? Can’t shake this nagging feeling that something is missing — something that would bring more meaning, joy, and connection to you?
Are you worried that the rest of an already-good-career will be “more of the same” — but deep down, you genuinely want to make a bigger difference?
Many high-achieving millennials are anxious and frustrated with finances, careers, and relationships.
It’s hard to balance it all, and they end up feeling unfulfilled and worried about achieving their goals.
It isn’t very comforting to think about what life would be like if they continued this way for another year, two, five — or the rest of their lives.
Can you relate to this?
Instead, what if you were clear about your purpose, and powerful as a leader?
What if your coworkers, family, and friends eagerly followed your lead — trusting completely in your ideas and vision?
Would you feel confident to go after your goals? With velocity? Without regret?
Would you be better equipped to find meaning and make a difference at work, home, and in your community? For the world? For our futures?
So, why is it so tough to lead?
First off, it’s not easy to lead yourself and others in this chaotic, busy, rapidly-changing, global, tech-loaded modern world.
There are too many responsibilities, too much going on, and it’s difficult being everything to everyone — there’s just not time, even if you had the energy.
Balancing it all and staying accountable to the things that matter both to you and your organization can feel impossible.
If you’re struggling to have more influence and impact, then it’s time to …
First, stop and make space to look at what’s going on with “how you are leading.”
Secondly, be honest about how you are performing to find hidden blockers that inhibit your ability.
Lastly, create an environment to foster your natural leadership style — one that uses your God-given strengths.
You’ll find your influence and impact rise the more you do these.
This is where I show up …
